The fundraising effort for the Fort Street Bridge Park Project along Iron Belle Trail is approaching its goal of $600,000.
The new Fort Street Bridge Park will welcome hikers and bikers crossing over the new Fort Street Bridge on the Rouge River.
An interpretation of the 1932 Ford Hunger March will be featured along with a general history of the Rouge River and an interactive demonstration of how stormwater effects the river.
PEA is providing landscape architecture and civil engineering assistance on this project.
