PEA participated in the Oakland University 11th Annual Clinton River Water Festival. PEA presenter, David Nepper, delivered a presentation which focused on educating students on how to sustain our natural resources within the Clinton River Watershed.
PEA presented the history of the river, explained the components of the watershed, and its water cycles (natural and urban). The presentation examined the watershed ecology, discussed recreational uses, shared clean storm water tips and informed students of the impacts pollutants within the watershed have on the river and how we can all work to reduce these impacts.
