PEA completed site design improvements for a 200-acre multiple school complex for the Fowlerville Community School District. Fowlerville Community Schools embarked on a program to rehabilitate three elementary schools and playgrounds, a conversion of senior high building to a middle school and a new high school. The undertaking also included new tennis courts, football and softball practice fields were constructed along with new competition baseball and softball fields—all located within the 200-acre site.
Over four million dollars was invested on site improvements, which included the construction of new roadway and parking systems that involved right-of-way permits by the Livingston County Road Commission. New and improved stormwater detention systems
were designed in multiple locations for the entire campus and permits for the improvements were required from the Livingston County Drain Commission and MDEQ.
PEA assisted the Owner, Architect and Construction Manager in obtaining all the required construction permits for the project in a timely manner.
