PEA completed planning and design for a 82-acre mixed use development at the intersection of Seven Mile Road and Haggerty Road in Northville Township. PEA worked with the developer over several years to help them maximize their investment on the property. Numerous conceptual site plans were completed, evaluating the land use output of a wide variety of potential user types and tenants.
PEA provided added value to their client by efficiently preparing cost opinions, site plans and marketing graphics for many design options, so the client could effectively evaluate development options in a timely manner.
PEA completed final construction drawings and secured approvals for a 100,000 sf medical office building and 25-acre retail development on the property including stormwater management, access roads, parking and site amenities including the design of a waterfall, public plazas and numerous decorative landscape features to enhance the user experience.
